N. ugandensis Wildekamp, 1994 Originally collected by Ruud Wildekamp, Brian Watters and Barry Cooper in Uganda, this species has a wide distribution within the Lake Victoria basin as well as in the Sio River system in Kenya. Several populations originally considered as N. ugandensis have been redescribed as N. taiti and N. albertinensis
