     Formerly known as N. sp. Mansa ZAM 07-8, N. cooperi is named for Dr. Barry Cooper and for some time was also known as N. rosenstocki, but was later established as a separate species. 

     The type locality is in Zambia in the Luapula River drainage in the Mansa River system.
