EPIPLATYS CHAPERI SPILLMANNI

ARNOULT, 1960

Epiplatys chaperi has several subspecies recognized within the hobby.  Whether or not each one is a definitive is questionable based on being named for collectors in different locations within the full range.  The species appears to range from Ghana to the Ivory Coast.

PERSONAL NOTE:  I found no literature separating the varieties of E. chaperi into subspecies beyond location data.
